The
Cleaning
Hosts

Our vision

Safe. Welcome. Clean. These conditions form the foundation for a pleasant working environment. This is what prompted D&B to enter the cleaning industry 10 years ago. But then with a focus on the employee, visibly working in the work environment as a full-fledged member of the entire facilities team.

My cleaning experience began with large companies. That's why I know where the shoe pinches in our industry, and why I also know that many abuses can't be resolved at a certain scale. At D&B, I have the opportunity to do everything I've always wanted to do differently, actually differently. And with an 8.3 rating from our employees, I think we're succeeding!

An honest approach

People, planet, profit. We strive to be distinctive and honest in every area. Fair contracts for our people and clients, with fair products and a fair margin.

The
Cleaning
Host

What happens when you offer a cleaner a fair contract, a healthy work/life balance, the best work materials, and personal attention?

Then they'll shine and contribute to the work environment. They'll become part of the entire facilities team and remain loyal to you. In short: that's when the cleaner becomes a Cleaning Host.

A
cleaner
planet

The concept of "clean" can be defined in several ways. And that's exactly what we do. As part of the guest experience, an environment should look as if it were freshly finished. But we also consider the environmental impact of our processes. Biodegradable cleaning products, recyclable materials, and efficient working methods are used. The latter is achieved through, among other things, sensor technology, smart systems, and robotics.

More to gain than a
profit

Employee focus. A realistic workload. High-quality materials. You've probably already sensed that these factors weigh on our margins. We're not the cheapest company in the market, after all. And yet, with all these distinguishing features, we manage to remain reasonably competitive. Perhaps because we're more efficient when combined with our other services. Or simply because our people are motivated. Because there's still a lot to be gained here for many companies.

Making the difference

But is D&B's Cleaning Host really that much better? The answer is no. It's not just about the people, but especially about how you organize your work around them. Here's how we do it:

Services
Cleaning Host

Time to
connect

A fair contract with realistic working hours. This gives our people time. Time for connection and relaxation. This creates job satisfaction.

Cleaning Host

The right
tools

The best people deserve to work with the best materials. That makes the job more enjoyable, more pleasant, and it simply looks good.

Cleaning Host

We spot it,
we own it

One benefit of trusting your employees and giving them responsibility is that this pays off in ownership and performance.

Cleaning Host

Smarter,
cleaner

Working smarter achieves more than working harder. We simplify your work through process and technology, freeing up time for the details.

Welcome at...

You'll find us exclusively in offices where we value distinctive service. This is partly because we thrive here, and partly because it's where our people thrive.

Fabulous
in Blue

The Cleaning Hosts are part of the facilities team. The D&B dark blue with champagne accents is also reflected in the vests and work carts, both of which contribute not only to a 5-star image but also to working comfort.
