Our vision

Gaining optimal control over the guest experience. That's only truly possible if you handle all facility services yourself. It sounds logical. And yet, D&B is one of the few facility providers in the Netherlands that can and does this.

The main reason I switched to D&B was to be able to be an entrepreneur again. The agility, speed, and bravado immediately appealed to me. The flat organization creates a tremendous amount of speed. Making a decision today means taking action today. In my view, this is also a prerequisite for an organization that offers multiple services under a single brand.

One focus

There might seem to be a duality between being a specialist in a single area and being an all-rounder. Fortunately, we don't have to choose between the two. This is because our Facility Managers are given a leading role when more than one discipline is being delivered. This allows our specialists to remain specialists, and our various disciplines can still be perceived as a single team.

One team,
one goal

Working at D&B means working with 1,000 like-minded colleagues who share one goal: At the end of the day, it's all about the experience. Clothing, core values, culture, and mindset are the same for cleaning hosts, catering staff, and security or hospitality hosts. This impacts both the way we present ourselves to visitors and the team spirit among our people.

Flexibility and efficiency

Offering flexibility goes hand in hand with being a multi-service provider. After all, scaling up and down within a single contract is simply more difficult than shifting multiple services around. These are simply unusual times, and four-year contract terms offer clients more uncertainty than security. We're happy to adapt in this respect as well. Not only because we can, but also because there's one thing we enjoy even more than signing new contracts: renewing them.

Single point of contact

A major advantage of a one-stop shop for multiple facility services is having a single point of contact. However, this requires that your contact person possesses extensive facility expertise and is also able to provide timely, expert knowledge.

More than
welcome

The "More than welcome" proposition underscores our Multi-Service strategy. With Hospitality at our core, we do more than just "welcome." Literally and figuratively.
