New management team composition D&B The Facility Group

PRESS RELEASE Amstelveen, March 16, 2026 – As of April 1, 2026, Mike Eggenkamp and Sander Bon have joined the Executive Board of D&B The Facility Group as COO (Chief Operating Officer) and CCO (Chief Commercial Officer), respectively. The COO position was vacant and was already part of the Executive Board. The CCO position is an addition intended to give an extra boost to the targeted growth objectives. With this, the new Executive Board of D&B consists of five executive positions.

Mike Eggenkamp is no stranger to the facilities world. He has over twenty years of experience in the hospitality and foodservice industry and held senior management roles at caterer Vermaat for the past twelve years. Sander Bon has been associated with D&B for eleven years and currently serves as Commercial Director. Over the past few years as Commercial Director, Sander has demonstrated his ability to build successful teams with commercial results.
