Facility
Design
Our vision
Where do you begin when it's still too early to discuss service delivery? As a multi-service provider, we owe it to ourselves to take a broader view of the work environment. To identify and advise on efficiency opportunities, we will also leverage our expertise beyond the scope of our services if necessary.

"Almost every request for proposals contains a hidden question about optimizing the layout and routing. And let's be honest: there's often something to be said about this. For me, the challenge is not to recommend overhauling everything, but to achieve the maximum with the least possible resources. And therefore, costs."

The Bigger Picture
What's a good floor for a cleaning company probably isn't for a catering company. So whose advice do you follow? And who are you more likely to consult? That's something to consider. At least... if you choose to work with separate single-service contracts.

Watch this
space
Sightlines, flow paths, acoustics, technology, ergonomics... There are so many aspects to consider when designing a reception area or, for example, a restaurant. There's only one chance to properly design a space, and in many cases, that's before even talking to the party that will operate it. And that's a shame.
Home
team
Think of forming a strong facility team like the formation of a sports team. First, you determine the roles, then the personalities and individual qualities. The multi-service strategy helps us determine how to maximize efficiency from potential service overlap. For example, a cleaner who can assist with catering, or a hospitality host who supports the security host.

In capable hands
With a wide variety of disciplines in-house, it's even more crucial that the coordination and implementation of a Facility Design project is in the hands of a single person who maintains oversight. That person is the implementation manager. This person works closely with sales (to ensure no promises are made that can't be kept), operations, and the partners responsible for technical and construction work.
Time to
implement
From the very first draft to delivery and operation, there are numerous inputs and outputs from various expertise groups and partners in between. Each has its own time requirements for briefing, preliminary research, and start-up. And with current material delivery times and staff shortages, this requires careful anticipation. The closer we are to the project, the better the result. A guest experience without compromise.

Every work environment has its own rhythm. With our experience, we sense this. And often you see that the notes don't match the rhythm. It simply doesn't dance or flow. Nothing is more beautiful than co-writing a composition that does fit. Striking the right chord.
