In 2023, we achieved level 3 on the CSR performance ladder. This wasn't so much a matter of immediately regulating things differently, but rather of measuring, benchmarking, and documenting what we were already doing. We are prepared for CSRD starting in 2026/2027.

Gender distribution in senior and middle management at 50% in 2030
In 2025, the ratio will be 52.2% male versus 47.8% female. -
Preservation of 30 different nationalities.
A great workplace for everyone, regardless of nationality, religion, or language. We offer our employees the opportunity to learn Dutch or English. Most importantly, we believe our employees are motivated to learn and develop. By 2025, D&B employed 30 different nationalities. -
Zero tolerance policy on discrimination, aggression and bullying.
A zero-tolerance policy doesn't mean there's no discrimination, aggression, or bullying in the workplace. We believe raising awareness and paying attention to the issue is essential to reducing unpleasant situations to zero. We achieve this through workshops, training, and support from D&B's confidential counselors. -
70% of employees will have a permanent contract in 2026.
We want fewer flexible and temporary workers, more employees, and therefore more security for our own employees. In 2025, 69.9% of employees had permanent contracts.
Partly due to the above ambitions (and many more), we ensure that the turnover and absenteeism percentage decreases and that employee satisfaction remains stable or increases.

Ambition: By 2030, we will have reduced our CO2 emissions from our operations by 50% compared to 2019 levels. This ambition will be achieved at Scope 1 and 2 levels by 2025.

In 2025, scope 3 was measured so that the CO2 emissions of all business activities became clear.

By 2030, D&B's fleet will be 100% electric. By 2025, this will be 45%.

CO2 emissions are offset by planting trees at Schiphol Valet Parking in collaboration with Trees for All. 105 tons of CO2 offset by 2025.

Doubling the number of Charge & Ride locations by 2027 to encourage electrification of our clients' fleets (ambition in 2027: 10 locations, in 2025 this number is 5).

By 2030, the loss rate at our We Canteen locations will be less than 3%. By 2025, this will be 4.2%.

By 2030, 30% of purchased products will have a sustainability label . By 2025, this will be 20%.
